We are a young organization founded in 2019 with the purpose of providing standards for training processes. The standards we developed are partly adapted from existing standards, and our goal is that the certification can be obtained in an agile way.
There are different standards established by companies, organizations and countries but with mixed adoption or enforcement. Despite this, being accredited in any of this standards gives users or clients confidence in the product or service they receive.
Companies and institutes that aim to train people, should establish a Quality Management System (QMS) that meets international standards. Its establishment and adoption must be a strategic decision in order to: ensure that all training activities meet the objectives for which they were designed, achieve adequate training of participants in different activities, and obtain recognition as well as international prestige.

There are many standards, established by companies, organizations, countries and by international organizations. Some of these standards are strictly enforced and others are not.
Despite the fact that some standards are not strictly enforced, being accredited to them gives prestige to companies and institutions, and gives their clients confidence in the product or service they purchase.
In the case of training institutes, the product is very important, trained people, therefore it is very important that their training processes are standardized.
The ISFEDU standards seek to provide standards for training processes, where the institutes can be certified in an agile way.

Is it important to be accredited in some standard?
Yes, it is very important to be accredited to some quality standard. In some cases, it is mandatory. Being accredited is a symbol of prestige and gives security or guarantee to consumers in the product or service provided.
Why obtain an ISFEDU certificate?
As already stated, there are many standards, some of them of great global prestige. ISFEDU standards have been created following similar procedures. The difference from ISFEDU accreditation is in the ease of obtaining it, and quite possibly at a significantly lower investment.
If an institution is accredited to the ISFEDU standard, can it use the ISFEDU logo on the diploma awarded to a person who has completed a training activity?
Yes, the use of the ISFEDU logo can be used on diplomas, as long as the institution that awards the diploma is accredited by ISFEDU. In order to prevent it from being used by unauthorized institutions, it is mandatory that the diplomas contain the code provided by ISFEDU to the institution, which can be validated on this website.
How can I obtain ISFEDU accreditation?
The first thing you should know is the standard in which you want to accredit, then implement the procedures and recommendations established in the standard, and finally hire an auditing company to perform the authorship.

Can my company perform audits to verify and give official recognition that a training institution meets the requirements of the ISFEDU standard?
Yes, any company can carry out audits to verify and acknowledge the application of the ISFEDU standards, however, the accreditation will only be valid if ISFEDU has granted a code to the accredited company, which can be verified on our website.
